   BACKGROUND

Problem

Throughout my internship, my role involved enhancing the customer experience while navigating the NARY website both the landing page and clothing viewing page. Despite the already appealing design, my supervisor suggested further improvements to merchandize the clothing collections and elevate the branding impact

Thus, here is the prompt I created to frame my redesign approach:

Our varieties clothing pieces are very limited but I want it to promote of clothing selections for more of our customers

Goal

How might we curate an experience to help current and new customers effortlessly navigate, find inspiration, and enjoy a positive purchasing experience on the NARY clothing?

  USER RESEARCH

Competitive Analysis

I sought to understand the strengths and weaknesses of NARY's competitors' clothing websites, evaluating their offerings to identify potential gaps in the market. Through this analysis, I gained insights into the specifics of competitor services, enabling me to pinpoint opportunities where NARY could excel and leverage their strengths.

   FINAL DESIGN

Landing Page

I incorporates features that is going well with current NARY competitors brand websites and also integrating opportunity to improve. Below is a comparison between the original product detailed page and the redesigned one for the home page.

Primary interactions are not prioritized

menu items was not immediately visible when the page loads. Users cannot see clothing categories or options right away. Requiring them the effort to locate and access them

   FINAL DESIGN

Clothing Page

Primary interactions are not prioritized in the purchasing page

- Clothing items are disorganized and needed a new way to group them
- needed to simplify clothing informations for easier and faster navigation After going over all the issues with my supervisor, I started mocking up design solutions for the clothing purchasing page as well.
