The nature of my work is confidential and cannot publicly be shared. Please contact me if you'd like to chat and learn more!

I led the vision and modernization of a new internal tool used by 2,000+ Dick’s customer service agents to access and manage order status while supporting athletes.

As a solo product design intern at the Athlete Care Technologgy team, to deliver a design and tool that streamlined the way currently customer service agents are interacting with the athlete's order.

I conducted end to end research with stakeholders and internal teams, led brainstorming workshops, sought out critique, and finally presented my work to my involved team and directors. It was later implemented. While the specificities are NDA, my main accomplishments are…

Step 1

Connecting teams with the teammate experiences

Researched and documented a comprehensive service blueprint and end-to-end journey map from the ground up, aligning cross-functional teams and key stakeholders around a shared understanding of the agent experience

Step 2

sprint-ready order visibility pilot design

Rapidly designed an order visibility pilot optimized for next-sprint implementation, allowing the team to test research insights within technical limitations.

Step 3

Designed a research-driven communication system that streamlined internal operations and agent workflows.

Create a future recommendation design vision for communications tools to enhance teammate productivity and streamlined workflow

At the end of my internship, I had the opportunity to present my work to Director of Product and Design, and other cross-functional teams that intersects with the work at ACT team. It was an incredibly rewarding experience to share my work and connect with such knowledgeable leaders driving impactful design at Dick's.
